One of the reasons that I would like to spend time on the first step of this process today is that it is the hardest part to master. Once we can admit there is an issue or problem it is much easier to solve.
I have found that agents have at least one of three fears and today I will show you how to address one of them. The three most common fears preventing real estate agents from success are as follows:

Fear of Success. Many real estate agents are unintentionally preventing themselves from success because they fear what would happen if they did accomplish their goals and they were different from every other real estate agent.

Fear of Going Broke. The fear of losing money, losing assets, or running out of money prevents agents from "jumping" at new opportunities that will cause them to be successful because the mere fact that they could go broke prevents them from trying something new.

Fear of Rejection. There are real estate agents who live in fear every day of getting rejected by a new prospect so they do as little business as possible just to avoid the chance of rejection.
I would invite you to discover how you can conquer the fear of success. Before I reveal how I would like you to say outloud your intial gut reaction to the following statement:
"I want you doing 10 deals a month 30 days from now."

In addition the more deals you do the more help you have and the more time off you have."
